Holty is a patient relationship platform built by a small team at CodeVentor. We believe the care a clinic gives shouldn't end when the patient walks out the door, and that every clinic, not just the biggest hospitals, should have the tools to keep it going.

Our story

We didn't start with an app. We started with infrastructure.

  1. 15+ years

    For more than 15 years, our team at CodeVentor has built national platforms for government and fintech. One of them merged 15 separate public services into one system. Along the way we learned that the hardest problem is rarely the software. It's that nothing is connected.

  2. 2025

    In 2025 we saw the same problem in healthcare. A patient has a good visit, and then nothing happens: no follow-up, no reminder, no relationship. Months later they book somewhere else, and the clinic pays to win back a patient who was already theirs.

  3. With Medpark

    So we did something unusual for a health-tech startup. Instead of imagining what hospitals need, we partnered with Medpark, Moldova's largest hospital with 150+ doctors, and built Holty with them, one release at a time.

  4. Today

    A year later, more than a fifth of Medpark's appointments are booked in their own app. Now we're bringing Holty to clinics on the international market.

We're a small, AI-native team at CodeVentor, a product company that builds software people actually enjoy using. Holty isn't client work. It's our own product, and we live with every decision we make in it.

    A reminder for a yearly check-up is care. The same promo sent to every patient is noise. Holty helps clinics reach each patient with what they actually need, and that's what brings patients back.

    Holty runs on your servers or in our EU cloud, and your patient data stays yours. If you ever end the contract, the data and the software stay with you. No vendor lock-in.

    Built with clinicians, not imagined for them.

    We built Holty inside Moldova's largest hospital and ship a new release every two weeks, based on what doctors and patients really ask for. When a market told us patients live in WhatsApp, not apps, we built WhatsApp booking.
