Why MEDICA
Because it is the largest healthtech event in the world. MEDICA puts its own scale at around 5,500 exhibitors and roughly 78,000 visitors across 80,000 square metres, drawn from more than 160 countries. For a product sold to clinics and hospitals, there is no other week in the year when that many of them pass the same stand.
The hall matters as much as the fair. In 2026 MEDICA expands Hall 17 into its digital health hub, with a new Digital Health Stage and around 100 international start-ups in one room. That is where the START-UP PARK sits, and that is where our stand is. People walking Hall 17 have come to look at software rather than at imaging hardware, which is exactly the conversation we want to have.
What we are showing at the stand
A working system rather than a slide deck. Six products, all running on one back office connected to your HIS:
- Patient App. Your clinic's name on an iOS and Android app for appointments, records, results, programs and payments. Patients book from live HIS availability, for themselves or for a family member.
- Retention Engine. Describe the patients you want back in plain language. Holty builds the audience and reaches them by push, email or SMS, and nobody on your team assembles a list.
- Telemedicine. A guided survey collects what the patient reports before the call, so it arrives in your HIS already structured. One of your own doctors confirms it and decides what happens next.
- AI Intake. An asynchronous channel that turns a patient's own words, photos and documents into a structured case file. The doctor reviews it, decides and signs. Any specialty.
- Messenger Bots. Patients who will never install an app message your clinic on Telegram or WhatsApp instead. The bot answers from your own price list and books into the same schedule as the app.
- Call Intelligence. Every call transcribed, summarised and checked against your script, so you can see what patients keep asking without replaying recordings.
What separates this from most of what you will see in Hall 17 is not the feature list. It is four decisions underneath it:
- Your brand, not ours. The clinic's name is on the app and on every message. Holty is not a marketplace and does not list your competitors beside you.
- A licence, not a commission. You pay for the software, not a percentage of each booking, so the cost does not grow every time you do.
- Your HIS stays the source of truth. Two-way sync, no second database and nothing to migrate.
- You choose where the data lives. Your own servers or a managed EU cloud, which matters when health data is a special category under GDPR.
